Bharati Rathi leads the Finance & Treasury function at Svamaan and brings extensive experience across all aspects of finance including treasury, taxation, accounting, financial reporting, financial management and MIS. She was previously associated with Volkswagen Finance, HDFC Red (a part of HDFC Group) in the Finance & Treasury Function. She was also associated with Ernst & Young and Haribhakti, Mumbai and was part of the assurance practice, assisting financial service industry clients with financial audit and advisory.

Bharati is a qualified Chartered Accountant and a member of 'The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India'. She also has a Bachelors degree in Commerce from Sydenham college, Mumbai.

Milind leads the technology function at Svamaan and brings more than 25 years of extensive experience delivering major projects in digital financial services across Banking & Financial Services, NBFCs & Micro Finance domains.

He has previously worked with Utkarsh small finance bank and Nelito systems working in delivering key turnkey implementations across core banking solutions, LMS and App development in financial services. He is a certified Agile Scrum Master (ASM), an MBA in Information Technology from the Manipal Institute of Technology and a Graduate in Commerce from Mumbai University.

Komal Sharma heads the Human Resource function at Svamaan and brings holistic experience of HR including Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, Employee Value Proposition, Talent Management, Leadership Development and Performance Management. She has exposure of working with Public sector as well as Private sector in BFSI segment. She has been associated with Central Bank of India, YES Bank and L&T Financial Services in her previous stints.

Komal is a Science graduate from Hansraj College (University of Delhi) and has completed her PGDM in Human Resource from International Management Institute, New Delhi.

Abhishek Rathi heads the Product & Policy at Svamaan. He brings 10 years of extensive experience in Credit, Risk, Operations and Audit. He was previously associated with India Ratings & Research (Fitch group) in the Large Corporate Credit Rating function. He has also worked with Bank of Baroda, Bank of Maharashtra and ICICI Bank in various roles across the banking set-up.

Abhishek is a qualified Chartered Accountant with a Bachelor's degree in Commerce (Accounting Hons) from JNVU along with being a qualified Company Secretary.

Shikha heads Branding & Communications at Svamaan. She is a passionate, cross-functional, creative, and results-driven marketing professional with over 6 years of experience in brand building, campaign management, influencer marketing, partnerships/Alliances, team leadership, digital marketing strategy, budgeting, PR & sales promotion.

Shikha has completed her PGDM from Purdue University in Digital Marketing and holds a Bachelor's degree in Commerce from Mumbai University.

Major Rahul Bannore heads the head-Audit & Vigilance department in Svamaan. He is Armed forced professional with 20 years of experience in Risk Analysis, Threat Assessment, Security Operations, Crisis/ Incident planning, Vigilance & Investigation. He has also worked with RBL Finserve LTD, Bytedance India Pt Ltd., & Mahindra Special Services Group.

Rahul has done M. Sc Computer Science and LLB Degree along with Diploma in HR/PR & Operation Management. He also has professional certifications such as CLPOS, TAPA (FSR), CSPO, Six sigma "Black Belt" and Cyber Forensic.

Gitanjali Made heads the Account department at Svamaan. In her illustrious career of 18+ Years of experience in the NBFC & Banking sectors, she has worked with Axis Finance, Volkswagen Finance, Reliance Capital & ING Vysya Bank. She has a penchant for driving cost efficiencies, financial & process controls, digitization, and automation.

Gitanjali is a qualified Chartered Accountant along with CPA USA, CPA Australia & Diploma IFRS (ACCA).
