Bharati leads the Finance & Treasury function at Svamaan and brings extensive experience across all aspects of finance including treasury, taxation, accounting, financial reporting, financial management and MIS. She was previously associated with Volkswagen Finance, HDFC Red (a part of HDFC Group) in the Finance & Treasury Function. She was also associated with Ernst & Young and Haribhakti, Mumbai and was part of the assurance practice, assisting financial service industry clients with financial audit and advisory.

Bharati is a qualified Chartered Accountant and a member of 'The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India'. She also has a Bachelors degree in Commerce from Sydenham college, Mumbai.

Milind leads the technology function at SVAMAAN, leveraging over 30 years of extensive experience in delivering high-impact projects within the digital financial services sector. His expertise spans across Banking & Financial Services, NBFCs, and Microfinance domains.

Prior to SVAMAAN, Milind played a key role in managing and executing multiple turnkey implementations for a diverse range of clients during his tenure with leading IT services companies. He has a proven track record of successfully delivering Core Banking Solutions (CBS), Loan Management Systems (LMS), and mobility app development projects within the financial services sector.

Milind holds certifications as an Agile Scrum Master (ASM) and an MBA in Information Technology from the Manipal Institute of Technology. Additionally, he is a graduate in Commerce from Mumbai University.

With over 14 years of expertise in Regulatory Compliance, Governance, Corporate Secretarial matters, and Compliance Testing for Base and Middle Layer NBFCs, she has excelled in driving robust governance practices. Her experience spans Private Equity Transactions, Listed Debt Issuances, Corporate Restructuring, and complex compliance frameworks. Previously, she led Compliance and served as Company Secretary at Ecofy Finance, with roles in esteemed organisations like Electronica Finance, the LNJ Bhilwara Group, and the U.K. Modi Group.

She is a qualified Company Secretary and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Law.

Komal Sharma heads the Human Resource function at Svamaan and brings holistic experience of HR including Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, Employee Value Proposition, Talent Management, Leadership Development and Performance Management. She has exposure of working with Public sector as well as Private sector in BFSI segment. She has been associated with Central Bank of India, YES Bank and L&T Financial Services in her previous stints.

Komal is a Science graduate from Hansraj College (University of Delhi) and has completed her PGDM in Human Resource from International Management Institute, New Delhi.

Abhishek Rathi heads the Product & Policy at Svamaan. He brings 10 years of extensive experience in Credit, Risk, Operations and Audit. He was previously associated with India Ratings & Research (Fitch group) in the Large Corporate Credit Rating function. He has also worked with Bank of Baroda, Bank of Maharashtra and ICICI Bank in various roles across the banking set-up.

Abhishek is a qualified Chartered Accountant with a Bachelor's degree in Commerce (Accounting Hons) from JNVU along with being a qualified Company Secretary.

Major Rahul Bannore heads the head-Audit & Vigilance department in Svamaan. He is Armed forced professional with 20 years of experience in Risk Analysis, Threat Assessment, Security Operations, Crisis/ Incident planning, Vigilance & Investigation. He has also worked with RBL Finserve LTD, Bytedance India Pt Ltd., & Mahindra Special Services Group.

Rahul has done M. Sc Computer Science and LLB Degree along with Diploma in HR/PR & Operation Management. He also has professional certifications such as CLPOS, TAPA (FSR), CSPO, Six sigma "Black Belt" and Cyber Forensic.

Shikha heads Brand & Communications at Svamaan. She is a passionate, cross-functional, creative, and results-driven marketing professional with over 10 years of experience in brand building, campaign management, influencer marketing, partnerships/Alliances, team leadership, digital marketing strategy, budgeting, PR & sales promotion.

Shikha has completed her PGDM from Purdue University in Digital Marketing and holds a Bachelor's degree in Commerce from Mumbai University.

Ram Thawani is a seasoned Chief Information Security Officer with over 16 years of experience leading cybersecurity strategies to safeguard organizations against emerging threats. With a proven track record in building resilient security frameworks, Ram specializes in risk management, compliance, incident response, and aligning cybersecurity initiatives with business goals.

He has held leadership roles at prominent Small Finance Banks (SFBs) and banking institutions, where he successfully implemented advanced threat detection systems and navigated complex regulatory landscapes to ensure data integrity and operational continuity. Ram holds a Master’s degree in Computer Applications (MCA) from Mumbai University.

Recognized for driving innovation in security operations, Ram combines technical expertise with strategic vision to foster a culture of security awareness and resilience across organizations.

Mr. Shashank Kalambe, with over 10 years of expertise in the BFSI sector, specializes in Company Secretarial functions, with a strong focus on corporate governance and compliance. Throughout his career, he has held key positions at leading financial institutions, including Axis Bank and YES Bank Group, where he successfully managed company secretarial compliance for listed entities in India as well as internationally, including in London and Singapore.

An Associate Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI), Mr. Kalambe brings a wealth of experience in navigating the complexities of corporate law and governance, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements both domestically and globally.
